Example of an Advanced Book (explaining a medical experience)

This book was created for a family in Australia as a way in which to explain their son's medical experience. The book can be shared at home and school in order to open the lines of communication between Alex and his peers. Advanced books require more research than Basic and Intermediate books and contain more photos, pages and text. Two copies of this book were donated by the mother to the Prince Charles Hospital in Australia. The books were donated for the waiting room in order for parents to read with their children prior to undergoing heart surgery.
